Where our beans are roasted . . .

In October of 1995, Dave and Cindy Ledgard began Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters, named after their new son. This was in response to the need for a local roaster of exceptional quality coffees.

Selling Moose's Espresso Bar, but retaining the name, Skip went to work for Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters in late 1996. He has been roasting "only the finest" beans ever since.

Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters operates with this goal in mind: To source the highest quality coffees available. With our experience and passion for coffee, we offer unparalleled customer service and support.

We daily roast beans of the highest quality from the finest coffee producing regions and estates of the world. Freshness is of paramount concern when roasting such specialty grades of coffee. Therefore, we custom roast in small batches as individual orders dictate.

We proudly utilize a traditional European style drum roaster and strongly believe this hands-on method ensures that our coffee can be roasted to perfection. We take great pride in the art of roasting consistently every order that will bear our name.
