Moose's Coffee Company began as a follow-up from Moose's Espresso Bar in Caldwell, Idaho.

Moose's Espresso Bar was way ahead of its time for the area it was in. Caldwell Idaho just wasn't ready for Moose's!

Moose's opened in November 1994 and was the fanciest espresso place west of Boise at the time. Unfortunately at that time there weren't too many people in Caldwell who knew how wonderful these lattes and mochas and Italian sodas could be, not to mention just plain great drip coffee.

The logo and mascot of this fine espresso bar was Moose himself.
