Skip retired December 29, 2010 as Master Roaster at Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters in Boise, Idaho. He began his career very early in the company's history in October of 1996.

Skip loved his job, and the business; but he is ready to find out what adventures retirement will bring for him.

We started Moose's Coffee Company in 2000 as a fun project, and a tribute to Moose.

Unfortunately, with Skip's retirement comes the end of Moose's Coffee Company distributing "only the finest" beans.

We are sending a great big THANK YOU to all our customers over the years - it has been fun!
